We brainstormed a collection of ideas for our assignment and discussed the kind of sound or movement we could deliver effectively.
Here are the brainstormed ideas:
After discussing our ideas, we decided to choose the fourth idea for our assignment. Components: Servo motor / Box / Motor / Wires / Thread / Paper
Sue introduced us to a new type of program called "TouchDesigner." Intrigued by the idea of using our voices to manipulate our work, we tried TouchDesigner, even though it was a relatively unfamiliar program for me. Sue told us that this program is a powerful tool for creating voice-controlled movement. It includes a variety of features that make it easy to connect and process audio inputs, and to map those inputs to specific movements.
